The one with the EOS 350D

I’ve always wanted to find an outlet of my creativity. Clearly, drawing, painting, singing, acting, dancing simply won’t cut it. Well, ok. If I have to be brutally honest, I suck at those things! That leaves me with photography. I really like to take pictures. Too bad I don’t have my own digital camera. If you must know, I already (duh) have a camera in mind. Introducing, the Canon EOS 350D Digital SLR (also known as the Digital Rebel XT)!

This will be mine!

I know you are asking what an D-SLR is, and why the heck I want a pro-level camera! SLR stands for Single-Lens Reflex. This camera has a lot of sophisticated features, which I already understand. I am also after the image quality. This baby has the latest image processor from Canon, namely, the Digic II! This is no fashion/pocket digicam, obviously. Image quality weighs more in my book. You know me! When it comes to technology, I take no prisoners!

The one with all the jackets

I just felt like blogging today. :) A lot of rain lately, which I really like. As you may know by now, I love any oppurtunity given to me to wear jackets/layers. If I have a weakness in fashion, this is it. GMA had her SONA today. All she did was brag about things that she wasn’t responsible for. I actually find athletes like Manny Pacquiao stupid because he is allowing himself to be used as a government lapdog. I didn’t do anything today, except watch reruns of my favorite TV show, FRIENDS! I watched the Season 10 DVD. Once again, it reminded me of friends that truly give meaning to the word “friend”. Watching the last few episodes made me feel really sad, which happens everytime I do. I’ve always wanted to experience that with some people. Who knows?! I’m only 19. Maybe I’ll meet them after I graduate.

Anywho, I’m feeling sleepy. Smell you later. Rainy days!!! Woohoo! Jacket time! :D

The one where they sucked my blood

I lost blood! Hahaha! I went to the Healthway Medical Center today. Thank God for the Alabang Town Center branch! I only took me an hour to finish everything. I was freaked out with the amount of blood they took from me. It’s as if they are stocking blood samples to sell to other people. I don’t comfortable giving them my urine sample in a cup. It feels so akward. You know what the worst part is? They also ask for your stool sample. Let me tell you, it’s not easy doing it in a cup :D . I also get worried when I bring the samples to them because you have to enter the mall to get there! I always prepare what I’m going to do if the security guard asks what I have in the plastic bag, where my “donations” are carried. I mean, I should be prepared to say something if he insists to find out. I was thinking of saying: “Ah ito? Wala yan. Tae lang naman yan at ihi. Pasalubong ko sa mga nurse at doktor dun sa Healthway.

Anyway, let’s step away from stupid imaginations. I roamed around ATC for a while before I headed home. I miss watching the movies there. In reality, I miss watching movies. Well, you know me. No more time for movies. I’m just going to wait for the Blu-Ray discs (I bet that you are all wondering what Blu-Ray is. Hahaha! Maybe on my next blog post.) I went to the geek stores (as usual) on the top floor. Man, those sales people are sure idiots. I saw an Intel iMac for sale at Electroworld, but their advertisment said “Apple 17-inch iMac G5 Intel“. Why would you keep the “G5” in the name of the product?! Apple previously called it the iMac G5 when it was still using G5 processors manufactured by IBM. Since they are using Intel processors now, the G5 doesn’t belong there anymore! This really saddens me. This is one of the many reasons why other nations look down on us.
