Well, I don’t know why you bothered visiting this page. 
Maybe you’re a stalker, or an assassin, or someone who just wants to know who I am. Anyway you look at it, it doesn’t matter to me.
André’s Weblog is a project I undertook to create a space for me to unwind and express what I feel. It is not a common blog like the ones most of my friends have. I customized this so that I have more control over the content and the over-all look and feel of the blog. It is powered by the Wordpress platform. The webhost I am currently relying on is only temporary. I will have my own domain name soon (as in www.myownsite.com).
Maybe a short profile?
My name, if you still haven’t figured it out, is André. I am currently enrolled in the University of Asia and the Pacific - Manila, Philippines. I am hoping to get a degree in Marketing or Business Administration. I also plan to be a double-degree holder. After I complete my studies here in the Philippines, I want to continue and further strengthen my educational foundation at Toronto’s Ryerson University and get a degree that will complement my other degree.
Interests:
Some of the few things I devote attention to are: the latest and greatest technology, consumer electronics, the military industry, global issues and current events, and of course, food.
Random facts:
- I would take Chinese cuisine over any other cuisine any time, any where
- Loves the color blue
- I know all the best places to eat in Manila (real restaurants, not fastfood chains. Most of them aren’t located in malls)
- Adores the cultural history of Japan
- A huge fan of FRIENDS
- I can replicate the breathing sound of Darth Vader
- A Geek at heart
- Believes that Adolf Hitler was misunderstood
- Would rather go to places of great historic value than to beaches
- Has a master plan for the setup of a Utopia
- Wants to see the gigantic bronze statue of Kim Il Sung @ Pyongyang
